Please ensure you refer to the Admissions Policy when completing the form.

Please complete the form below.  You must also complete the Cardiff Council online application for admission to secondary school www.cardiff.gov.uk/schooladmissions. 

The closing date for receipt of admissions applications is Monday 18th November 2024 at 10pm. The Cardiff Council and Corpus Christi online applications must both be completed by this date.
