Problem: I have seen something on the internet that has really upset me, but I am not sure if I am over reacting

Advice: You are never over reacting if it has upset you.  If you can speak to a trusted adult and they can help you.  You can ask for tips on how to avoid seeing things like it in the future. If you feel you do not want to do that, you can chat to someone from Childline 0800 1111 or the NSPCC 0808 800 5000.

You can also report it, if it on social media here is a link that will help
